On 7 November I emailed a 'Travel Expert' from Flight Centre with a detailed plan of a proposed holiday for myself and 4 family members to South America next February. I asked her to please provide a quote on flights, accommodation, other travel as well as optional extra tours. The 'Travel Expert' keeps letting me know that she is following up with the agent who apparently will provide the quote, but to date, I have still not received a quote. This may be the agent's fault as opposed to the lady at Flight Centre but nonetheless, I cannot understand how Flight Centre uses these agents which provide such terrible service. We were willing to give the business to Flight Centre for the overseas trip of 5 people, and yet not even a quote has been arranged.
