No pick up and rude operato

Booked a cab for 19:15 and confirmed twice during the booking.
Cab never arrived so called to chase it up.
Operator denied booking for 19:15 saying it was later. No apology, no attempt to send another cab. Put phone down!

Will never use this service again.
Advise no-one else does!
