No Show for taxi after it was booked and confirmed

I had a confirmed booking yesterday after calling Linda. (A taxi service)
We were meant to be collected at 5.
At 4:45 he sent me a message saying the taxi driver was 10 min away.
He did not show up.
We were left stranded with no way to get to the Rihanna concert.
Today the driver called us back and said his boss Linda told him not to pick us up and go ahead
with another booking. Unprofessional and downright rude.
