Non Payment of booking

I own a guest house. I received a booking from Katula Dyibishe of Go Travel in Grahamstown for two guests for the night of the 4 June 2013. She requested an invoice, which I sent. At 16h00 on 4 June 2013 I phoned Katula as she had not yet confirmed the booking by email. She said that she would send me the card details. I did not receive them but kept the booking as requested, which included dinner. If she had not received a confirmed order from her client by the close of work, why did she not contact me to say that the guests would not be arriving? She did not have the courtesy to reply to my email the following morning, nor did she reply to any further emails. On querying the non-payment with her she denied everything. She handled this matter unprofessionally. I certainly would never recommend a booking from GO TRAVEL and in particular Katula Dyibishe
