Sure, we complain when we get given an emergency exit seat that isn't, or if the flight is delayed, but when one gets assistance beyond duty it trivialises most the irritations. Although I am a regular on Kulula, I was not even flying on the day in question when the rules were bent to accommodate my special request. Thank you Charles and Kulula.
