I booked five tickets online for GREYHOUND, travelling from Pretoria to Durban on Friday 5 July 9:15. When we left PTA we were put in a Megacoach bus and told we would get our bus in JHB. When then arrived in JHB and we were told we are in the duplicate bus as there were to buses scheduled for that time, the 1st bus came and left we waited and waited, when we asked the staff what was going on they said the bus is coming, they eventually told us the duplicate bus had not been confirmed and they were working on that. We were freezing outside waiting for a bus which we didn't know would eventually arrive or not.
A few minutes to midday, they sent another MEGACOACH bus, this was the bus taking us to Durban... I did not book this, I booked Greyhound. No one a
Explained this or apologise for this. En route to Durban, I called the call centre and asked for the complaints line or email address, I was told this would be sent to me via SMS, to this day I still wait for that SMS.

I am really disappointed by Greyhound and I kindly request that they do the following:
1. An apology from the responsible person
2. Refund me the price difference between Greyhound bus fare and Megacoach fare
