We travelled on JE 348 from Cape Town to Durban 16h15 on 26 May 2013 and would like to extend our thanks to the followng crew members Tatum, Chelarn, Kim and Shanele - who, during a meidcal incident on this flight, showed their professionallism during this incident and left the rest of us passengers happy and calm.
