On the 27th of November I was travelling from Nelspruit to Alice, connecting at Johannesburg using City to City. My bus from Nelspruit arrived @ 11:20 instead of the 10:50 that's on the ticket, got to Joburg @ about 16:40 instead of the 15:50 and no one appologised for that. The bus had no air-conditioning, we had to open windows. As if that was not enough, the driver on the bus from Joburg to Alice was on our case for not booking a seat for my 2 year old niece, after we were told by the reservation department that we don't have to book for her. On top of that we were moved from our seats in the middle of the night while we were seating so comfortably because the driver had to sleep and no one bothered to tell us that before we sat there. We had to go find seats all by our selves. When returning back to Nelspruit on the 3rd of December, the bus from Joburg to Nelspruit left @ about 9:10 instead of the 8:00 that was on the ticket. The driver refused to put on the air-conditioning when it became hot, until someone stood up to plead with him. The seats were dirty and on top of that the bus drivers lack good customer service and talk to you as if they are ready to beat you up.
