My experience with Kulula have been bad from the 1st flight when they double charge me for the 1st change i made, then i wait almost 2weeks for refund, they PRIDE themselves as a company of high standards but they [URL Removed] dont care about people being late. My flight was 17:30 CPT to LANSERIA, I arrived 17:06 at check-in [URL Removed] dont take nothing into consideration.no traffic, highway veldfires anything. You are just as well DEAD to them if you arrive 5min late They Charge me R1300 extra i had to pay for the 20:00 flight CPT to LASERIA.

My fellow air flight passengers, dont book kulula if you can, there after-sales services is the worst and dont arrive a minute late before 30min check-in. You dont exist to [URL Removed] or they penalty charge you for 6mins late = R1300!

I could have been on the flight at 17:15 with all the they talk. Why not try to help me get on flight. Kulula always wins!

CAN YOU REFUND MY MONEY, AS YOU ALREADY ROB PEOPLE WITH R300 FLIGHT CHANGE AND THE TICKET DIFFERENCE.
