Mango better attitude than Kulula

Mango allows 2 passangers to have one case amd to combine the weight. KULULA is just out to make more money out of you. My partner and I flying Lanseria Dur. Dur CPT and CPT Lanseria in the next few day. One case is safer and eaaier to manage. Weight is 31 kg for both of us and we still have to pay R 250 extra. If we had two bags we could have had addition 9 kg and no additional charge. Mango allows this.. seriously what kind of service is this??? Where is flexibility... where is the client service. Are you now big enough not to care?? Mango will see my business now. Just because of this.. to top it no ground staff can give a logical reason for this so called money making scheme sorrry "rule"
