Oken suite-case

I boarded the bus from Johannesburg going to Durban via Mpumalanga route and jumped off at Melmoth and when I got off the bus one of the drivers recklessly handled my suitcase upon taking it out of the bus carriage compartment and broke the wheels of the suite-case. when I told him that I had boarded the bus in Johannesburg with everything intact he was cheeky and told me that that had already been broken when he handled it but I had seen him struggle to forcefully pull out the bag out, they told me they were running late and that they will take my details and get back to me and up until today they have not contacted me about replacing my suitcase as they had promised when they took my details.
