Return flight cancelled

On Friday, 26th July 2013 I booked a return flight - Lanseria/Durban and vs, To Durban on Saturday and to return on Monday. On Saturday morning, after I could not make contact with call centre @ 0861 5858 52, I sent an e-mail to KULULA, informing that I will not be able to make the flight, and would like to change booking. After I received no reply, I bought a second ticket and flew to Durban. On my arrival at Durban on Monday, I found that my return flight was cancelled. At King Shaka I was informed that original booking can not be activated, I had to buy another ticket which I did, and was informed that I can claim a refund upon return, which will be refunded. I phoned the call centre this morning and was informed that I can not claim a refund as this is KULULA's policy. I requested contact detail of COO, which I was denied. I am employed by a national company and we are frequent flyers on Kulula.
