I signed a contract with the Holiday Club on 7 October 2013 (under pressure), and after doing further research decided to with draw on 9 october 2013. I sent an e-mail to them advising of this as per advice on various legal sites. I was still within the colling off period. So they were supposed to refund my deposit after 15 days, which they did not do. I followed up with an e-mail on 29 October 2013, advising them that 15 days had passed and that they needed to refund my money, and they sent me a reference on 30 October 2013. But to date they have not refunded me.
If you search the web or go to their website there are no contact numbers for them.
This is really frustrating - trying to get my money back from a company that it seems does not want to refund me - and seems to be a 'ghost' company, they are there to sell you stuff but not there to deal with anything else. Just like...
