STILL NO REFUND!!!

On 26 Jan 2013 I joined flexi club after being given false information by Clifford but quickly requested for this to be cancelled on 30-01-2013 and the deposit payed to be refunded. On the 4th of Feb 2013 I contacted the call centre and was informed that the contact was however cancelled and they will get someone to contact me regarding the refund the same day. I am happy to report that on that same day, I was contacted by Viola who asked for my banking details and said that she will process the refund. It is the 11th of March 2013 now already and I'm still awaiting this refund (which is supposed to be refunded within 7 working days as per contract signed). I contacted Viola again on the 7th of March and she said she would get back to me and I'm still waiting for her feedback. I do apologise for having to do this but I'm tired of having to call all the time, wasting my time and money. I just want my money back already!!! Please assist as soonest.
