WAITING FOR REFUND

At the end of August 2013 I gave ADT a months' notice for cancelling my service. On the 25th September 2013 I received an e-mail from a customer service agent confirming cancellation date will be 30 September 2013. On the 1st of October 2013 ADT debited my bank account with another months fees. I e-mailed the customer service agent, Retanya Hendricks on the 3rd October 2013 requesting a refund, no response. I e-mailed her again on the 15th October 2013 to which she replied that she has requested a refund & it was with the accounts department for processing. I asked her to please check with her accounts department & let me know when the transfer will be done, to which I got "I will advise accordingly". On the 16th October 2013 I e-mailed her again requesting the transfer, to which, guess what, I have still not gotten any reply. I don't want anybody to tell me they will look into the matter; I just want my money back. I don't see why I should wait more than 3 weeks for them to refund money that was debited in error. I am seriously not impressed with ADT & it seems a lot of other people agree with me. Will I recommend ADT to my friends? Definitely not!
