FSP not refunding my money!

I purchased a product FSP advertises on their money morning newsletter that Timon Rossilimos will send you forex trading alerts on the 30th of October 2013. FSP took the money I paid for the service on the 31st of October 2013. This purchase came with a 60 day money back guarantee and after I went through the links and docs they sent me on the 31st I decided that it was too risky and complicated and requested a refund the next day! They sent me an e-mail and I quote "Your refund has been logged successfully. Please note that refunds are processed monthly and that only refunds logged before the 25th monthly will be eligible for this month's refund run payable in the first week of next month. Should this be logged after the 25th, you will only be eligible for a refund payable the following month. Any incorrect or incomplete information could lead to a delay in the processing of your refund." So, now I don't know, am I only going to be refunded in DEC!!? - This goes against SA consumer rights and I do have a cooling off period and when I subscribed or purchased the signals subscription it did NOT present a "refund policy" for me to view first. This is not fair. I want my money back!
