I booked a flight from JHB to Pietermaritzburg at the cost of R670. It proceeded to payment but will not accept payment from me for whatever reason. I phoned the call centre and was given a higher price to pay for the same flight. of course it was not acceptable. I got transferred to Tebogo who requested me to send an e-mail with the screen shot of the booking. He promised to investigate with IT and get back to me. On getting back he booked me on the same flght at the cost that i found on-line - R670!! Well done to Tebogo and thank you so much.
