Unethical, call center of no help

I tried to book a flight from Cape Town to ORT, via the website, I confrimed payment, but the system refused to confirm my request, i than called the call centre who told me to log out and go back in and the system which than gave me the price of the flight as double what i originally booked it, which was about 20minutes before. I've got a clear print screen proving that the price was half the price at the time i booked the flight, however the call center was of no use at all
