I was booking a return flight for our family (JHB-CPT), 3 Members have Vitality, 1 not.
I booked the vitality flights without a problem, R1900 per flight.
After that, I proceeded to book the non-vitality flight, I was quoted the same R1900 for return, but at payment (after entering credit card details) I received a "Something went wrong" error, even after retrying.
I went back to the homepage, searched again for the flight, and then was quoted R2500 for the return flight. That is R600 more than I was quoted initially. I think it's terrible that I was quoted and allowed to go to payment only to be forced to retry, then giving me such a price.
