Cheated out of hard earned Voyager MIles

I claimed an award for a local air flight. Well before the expiry date I made a reservation for a retur flight to Cape Town, VOYAGER could only get me the return flight but not on the on going at the time I wanted in order to accompany my friend visiting from Europe. Th consultant SISANDRA seem disinterested in her job and wa on the cell phone the wole time, She had the idea to waitlist me for the desired flight but booked me on an earlier one. She said I should keep phoning and I had to pay over R1000 in taxes once the ticket was issued. This I did for weeks on end always asking if anything would expire. Finally sombody at the call centre asked if I was aware that the whole award had expired and suggested I ask Illovo to honour the agreement. On my return, the staff t Illove made a mockery of me and although a had a new consultant who re-booked the trip, she kept hurling insults from the desk next door and-book denying everything. Fortunately I had enough miles to spare, I wrote to headoffice but never had a response. I feel cheated out of the hard earned miles and would like them to be re-instated. I was not informed of the conditions of waitlisting.
