SAA Voyager not honouring original award

The SAA voyager team pulled a dirty one and did not honour the original award taken out. As a result I have to spent R100, 000, - or much more to earn the lost flying miles back. I took 2 awards out for overseas travel, to avoid that flying miles were being lost.
When I create the award, it asked the question: The name of the person to appear on the SAA ticket.
It did not ask: "Please, first surname in Capital characters, then a space, then the Christian name in Capital characters and then slash/Title. all in capital characters
No, it just automatically took the name which was on the Voyager Database and transferred it to the award. It did not state: "Please correct the entry by overwriting surname first", nothing whatsoever. Therefore, automatically I took both awards in the same way. Christian name, Surname, title. She was not able to process the awards, as the name was wrong. It had to be Surname, Christian name /title. She therefore was not willing to confirm the tickets, for which we paid already R12.000
SAA insisted that I must cancel and lose 4428 miles. Also Instead of 56.700 miles per award, now suddenly Voyager demanded 58.500 miles. We lost total 8028 miles.
