EFt payments not showing on statements

Flexiclub only loaded my 11 month debit order for 1 month in October 2012. I informed them and then only a new debit order was loaded on 1 January. I made a manual EFT payment on 2012/12/20 regarding the missed amounts and sent proof of payment to Pearl Sithole with whom I dealt with regarding this problem. My statement does not reflect this payment. I mailed Pearl and accounts again on 2013/01/18 and the mail was read by Sanelisiwe Ngcobo who up to today has not replied or confirmed that they are looking into it. Today I sent a mail again and the same person Sanelisiwe opened the mail so what is the chance that she will reply or resolve the issue this time or must I wait another month and get charged interest for more than a month even though I made payment!!
