Debit order not loaded as requested - (10 months)

In May 2012 I changed from banks and I immediately informed all my beneficiaries of my change of banking details to ensure that my debit orders will be going off from my new account. On 10 May 2012 I phoned Woolworths Financial Services and spoke to a person by the name of Casey and she confirmed that my new banking details have been loaded and the debit order will go off at the end of May going forward. The reference number for that call was 210966185. Since then up until today no debit order has gone off and I get phoned every month from a debt collector asking why I am not paying, and then I should make an internet payment to rectify the account which includes interest. Surely this is not right? I have spoken on numerous occasions to Woolworths consultants and was informed every time that there are no banking details on the system for me, whereby I would give them the details and they would ensure me that it will go off the following month, BUT it never happens. Earlier this year I was phoned and was told that they have investigated the matter and that I should not make a manual payment because they are in the process of rectifying my billing/account.
