I am really getting sick and tired of the pathetic service at MTN. I made a payment arrangment in June due to my May invoice being too high. I sent an email requesting the payment arrangment be done and then I called in cause I knew I was going to have issues with this. Last month the debit order went off my account for the balance due and the agreed payment arrangment amount and everything was fine. Then today I get an sms saying my line was suspended due to my account being overdue.

I called in to find out what happened with the payment arrangment I made and the agent told me there was no arrangment made. He told me that there was an email received but no arrangment was made. I asked him if there was notes regarding me calling in and he said no. Then he tells me that its my own fault cause I didnt follow up on the mail that was sent.

Now answer me this. Why did the debit order go of last month as agreed and this month suddenly there is no agreement. What nonsense is that. Also why suddenly are there no notes regarding my call.
Why is it my responsibility to follow up when you did receive my mail. Also my debit date is the 1st of each month and today is only the 27/08/2013
