This is the 2nd complaint about the same company and the same issue, with new frustrations.

-When my @Home account was opened, all paperwork was CLEARLY filled out, meticulously filed, and an agreement of 6-month INTEREST FREE debit order signed for.
-@Home and the Foschini Group clearly did not file my account correctly after I had left the branch, and since day01 there were issues with the debit order I had authorised on my cheque account. Not once since opening my account has a debit order been actioned, and every month I am threatened with legal action for 'non payment' - YOUR FAULT!
-I have had to visit the store each month since then to make manual payments, and every month I stand for 30minutes waiting for your store assistants to call the call centre and rectify the debit order issue - TO THIS DAY IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECTIFIED!
-Finally, after all these months, I start receiving postal statements in the mail (after I had clearly requested e-mail statements!) AND GUESS WHAT!?!?!?!?!
-YOU ARE CHARGING ME INTEREST ON AN INTEREST FREE ACCOUNT!!!

-Best of all, your ridiculously expensive office furniture scratches at the drop of a hat, and your silver plating rubs off!!!
