FastNet
Pay by Debit Order, but charged interest

Fastnet takes payment off my account by debit order, so I have absolutely no control of payment date. Yet, they charge me interest. They also have taken off incorrect amounts.

1) Invoice 203G1005291W, Invoice amount was R276.97
Payment taken off my account on the 25/04/12 was R280.94

2) Invoice 301G1004401W, I have been charged interest of R3.23.

3) Last month again, I have been charged interest of R3.23

I sent a fax requesting corrections in Feb Last year 2012 and again at the beginning of last month.
I received a mail on the 11/06/2013 to say that they are 'preparing paper work for interest to be reversed'.
That hasnt been done as yet, and now they've gone and made the same blunder again!
