I Filled in the On-line Complaints form and sent numerous emails to Emirates for the passed 3 months and still no response!!! Absolutely Pathetic!!

I experienced problems at Dubai airport for the flight from Dubai to Jeddah on 05 July 2013, Flight number EK803 time 16H15. Upon check in, the teller said that there was a problem with my ticket (Dubai- Jeddah) and I needed to see the Emirates ticketing office urgently. I went to the ticketing office and they said the ticket from Dubai to Jeddah was not "confirmed" (even though i had an E-ticket to say it was confirmed) and I had to purchase a ticket for R 1995.94. I purchased the ticket and rushed to check-in. As I get to check-in the teller says the time for check-in is closed!!! and I cannot board the flight. This was extremely frustrating!! I was then advised to go back to the Emirates ticketing office and change my ticket to the 09H15 flight. I thereafter changed my wife's and my ticket to the 09H15 flight and paid an additional R 1625.27 to do the change.
Our terrible experience with Emirates continued as my wife's luggage did not arrive in Jeddah, she only received her luggage 4 (four) days later!!!
