False advertisement

Specials that are currently which don't include the word "From" i.e; Seychelles 7 Nigh special at R11 190. 00 which states includes airport taxes as stated on the Window point of sale, which is noted subject to availability is totally different as to what I was quoted, even though there is availability. When I questioned why the increase in price of virtually over a thousand plus pp, the consultant contacted the agent only to my surprise that the system is scanning the normal price and not the special. These travel agency and agents block tickets well in advance on these airlines. I do not require any class upgrade on a airline ticket should I require an upgrade on my airline, I will gladly utilise my frequent flyer miles to ugrade without any additional cost implications. It is my very first time that I have chosen to utilize flight centre and it will be my last as I am totally disappointed and disgusted with poor clarity and communication on price increases in regards to the advertisements. I will be sure never to recommend flight centre to anyone, unless they are willing to do the package to the Seychelles as advertised and accommodate me for the frustrations and embarrassment.
