Service goes a long way

To Whom it May Concern.

The reason for my report is to compliment an Individual staff member of Flight Centre.

I approached Flight Centre to find out if I could buy Travel Insurance for my Schengen Visa, I was assisted by a very friendly young lady Haseena Gafoor at your Centurion Branch. She sold me the policy in 5 minutes and also offered to do my flights. I explained to her the flights she quoted was more expensive then I could find online, with a smile she insisted she will beat my price. I gave her a chance and I saved R200 as well as received absolutely amazing service. I ended up buying a Flight, Travel Insurance, as well as my contiki tour. Going the extra mile, Haseena assisted me doing the online appointment for my visa and making sure I was well prepped before leaving! This girl went beyond her means to assist me in making my holiday a memorable one. I have never received such efficient and great service before, especially in SA where service is lacking. I want to Thank Haseena for all her assistance and hope she gets the recognition and reap the benefits. In future I will only use Haseena's service for all my travel needs.
