Poor service at check in

I was in line to check in when I realised I was in the drop bag line. The check in line had one lady that came after me. I moved to the check in side before her and the teller would not check me in as i was not from the same line. The lady in the check in line afforded me the opportunity to go before her but the teller kept going on about why I had been in the wrong line. She refused to assist me even after the other customer had forgone her chance to go before me. I then resumed to tell her that it she need to shut up on the matter as it was irrelevant at that point. She then called her supervisor who insisted on hearing her side only and not asking for the whole story. This is my second complaint on this air carrier after they gave me poor service on my refund after their system double charged me for one ticket. I think you are very quick to defend yourself without hearing the whole issue and you have proven to me now twice that you do not value the quality of service nor your customers. I think such behaviour is unacceptable considering that we are paying good money for this service.
