My complaint runs through so many avenues. Firstly i took a flight that was an absolute disaster with them in march, missing business meetings and costing me a lot. Ronel Mostert then apologized and offered me some miles to make up for it. Needless to say she is never available and its been 6 months and no miles added yet. Even the staff at emirates cape town say she never answers her phone or does her job. She is head of customer service??? Well she is doing a terrible job. I have emailed and phoned about 10 times with no response.
I know went to book a new flight for a trip to china and cant use my miles. Yet i still thought i would give them another chance. So i book a flight and they cant give me a price due to the system being down, i was told they would call me that afternoon with the price. Needless to say that never happened. I was told it was booked till Sunday. I called back today 2013/10/19 to be told that my ticket is no longer available as they cancelled it. Still i didn't even know how much it was. Then I'm told i can fly first class or i can take a flight that i couldn't make because i would be in another city at the time of its departure on a schedule they booked!!
