COMPLAINT: Unacceptable customer services

I called Telkom for an ADSL line (I already have a landline), as MWEB informed me that they cannot get an ADSL line for me as TELKOM says it is not feasible.

When I called Telkom, I spoke to a polite lady (Siphiwe) who said she could assist me and did a check on my line. I was very surprised to hear that there were 4 ports available, yet Mweb was declined, but Telkom can assist me.

Next thing I know, I am on the line with Sheela from Telkom wholesale (by error).

Sheela was not interested in speaking to me, spoke over me and rediculed the first telkom lady with me on the line. The way that Sheela spoke to myself and over me as well as ridicule Siphiwe is totally unacceptable.

I am requesting a formal apology from Sheela in writing and telephonically, else I am planning to take this further.
