No service after payment

I bought an online ticket on Friday evening, from Thohoyando to Pretoria. I was given a reference no ADPS84, on saturday, I went to collect my ticket in thohoyandou, I was told that i haven't paid. i told the consultant that i paid and showed him the sms from the bank. He refused to accept, after that i phoned the call centre, i was told the payment will only reflect after 72 hours. The consultant told me that I can not get in the bus the following morning, I therefore need to purchase another ticket, which I refused to do. On monday, I phoned the customer care no and spoke to Tiny Gagopane, she made a note on the system and promised that someone from the finance will call me, no one called and today, I spoke to Bongani Sthebe, he told me that there's nothing that he can do, i should call the 011 774 8326 or 011 774 8327 number. I have been calling those numbers from Monday and there's no answer. Tell me now, what the should i do, because my money is lying in your bank account. I did not get the service i paid for. I want my refund today.
