Online ticket purchase without the ticket

"Purchased" a ticket online with my capitec global one card. The payment went through on my side but the transaction failed online. Phoned Kulula immediately to explain that the money has left my account and the ticket was never issued. I was then told that the problem was with my bank. Phoned Capitec, only to be told that the transaction is pending ie. Kulula never banked the money.
Phone Kulula, differrent consultant, then was told that there is no agreement in place with capitec and thats why the payment didnt work, kulula dont accept online purchases with capitec.
With this I phoned capitec again, different consultant, they informed me that I had to get a letter or any acknowledgement from Kulula that the ticket wasnt issued sothat the transaction can be reversed. Phoned kulula, new consultant, and they said that they have no letter to give me, but that if I get the authorisation code from my bank, they can reverse the transaction... why I couldnt have been told that from the first call???..waiting 10 days for payment to laps, and had to buy another ticket on mango, no problem!
Does Kulula not accept capitec? if so why no warning on the website, would like an explination.
