I booked a bus ticket for 4 people on Saturday 28th for travel on the Monday 30th Sept 2013. I made a payment via their online system and received a reference number ADPM68. I received confirmation from my bank th at the funds were taken from my account. I got to the bus on Monday morning to drop off the pasengers only to be told that they can't leave as payments to them take time. They can only attempt to call their bank when the bank opens at 8. There wasn't even a manager to go onto their bank account to check their account. How do you have an online processing system if it doesnt work. Then I was told that I need to get my bank statement to prove that funds were deducted. Imagine a pregnant woman running around looking for an atm where I can get a statement. After getting my bank statement to the lady she advises that they can see the payment but they need to check if it reflects in their bank statement. Why did they make me go through the ttouble of getting a statement if they weren't going to use it. Im appalled in their service.
