Ticket paid for but never received/issued

On the 14 Feb i booked a ticket for 2px to Durban, I selected the pay by deposit option and the 2nd traveller paid the funds into Kulula's account on the same day.By Friday I had not received my e-ticket so I called to follow up and spoke to Nicholas Mtiya who advise my ticket would hold till Sunday, this call was recorded and he advised I should follow up the next day as I did not have access to the Proof of Payment (having not paid myself). Having called again on Saturday, with still no tickets, the manager on duty advise they still cannot assist even though the funds were in their account.
Today, Monday 18th, I still have no e-ticket and the call centre says I need to rebook and pay the difference even though the received payment on the day of the booking! Is this fair? The staff don't care and don't try in the last to help resolve the problem knowing full well that a service was paid for and not delivered?
