So so so disappointed in a company that I thought was proudly south African! Yes proudly South African acting like a bunch of! The CPA stipulates that accepting payments for something that does not exist is not lawful. Making selling a seat more than once unlawful.
Even though we booked and paid for seats months ago and got to check in long before the 90 min check in, they still resold those seats and bumped us off our flights, ruining our whole weekend away. Their excuse - overbooking is the standard.
There was no manager on duty, he promised to be there in 20 min, after hanging around for 90 min he still did not bother to show up. I wrote an e-mail before going public and sent it to the Ceo, Cfo, the hr dept and not one person has bothered to come back to me. Great customer service once again.
This company is as corrupt as the politicians. They, and do not take responsibility. Do not care about their customers.
