Rats, seat- and unfriendly staff

We went to watch the 14:40 show of Iron Man 3 today. I had already booked tickets on Tuesday - I had no problem in this regard. However, other people didn't seem to care which seats they had booked. Our seats were fine, but others had their seats. The real disappointment was the way in which the matter was handled. When the seat- refused to budge, management didn't even bother calling for security to remove the offenders, who took the attitude that since they'd gotten there first, they had the right to stay there. The poor people who booked the seats then simply asked for a refund.

We also struggled to get snacks, since the queue went out the cinema. The reason for this was that although there are three counters for snacks, only one was operating. On the first weekend of the month, when shopping centres are busy, and for a high profile movie on its first weekend of showing, this cannot be the standard that SK sets.

Somewhere near the end of the movie, a rat ran down the aisle. The staff admitted to there being a rat problem.

Finally, the staff didn't want to let us watch the scene after the credits, which always happens in Marvel movies.
