Incorrect seats!

I booked in July for the Blarney Brothers show tonight (15 Dec), only to discover that the seats I booked AND confirmation thereof were changed (5 seats)! I went from being in the center of the back floor terrace to on the left hand side - I would NEVER have booked had I known that I would end up with these seats. I made 2 subsequent bookings through my sister (Michelle Gurr) online (1 seat and 3 seats) which we made sure were next to each other. This brought my total booking for this show to 9 people. We were split upon arrival and treated in a very degrading manner - with a rather flippant attitude we were told oh well that's your seats now by the manager even after providing proof of my seat numbers and booking confirmation from July!! The manager was very obnoxious and non-chalant about the whole matter and told me to go to Reshika as she's sorting it out (completely brushing me off). Reshika thankfully was apolygetic and recognised me from my numerous prior bookings! I was offered 2 conplimentary tickets for either of 2 barnyard productions by Reshika, which while appreciated, I do not feel is sufficient. I ended up with 5 seats that were NOT where I had booked them.
