Recently I booked a trip from Jhb to PE for December for my childrens home, with much to'ing and fro'ing the booking was eventually confirmed and paid for on 12 September. On 13 September the proof of payment was emailed to [Email Removed] as per her request. Today I called back to confirm that I could collect the tickets today as I am catching the Gautrain to Park Station and I was informed, by a very helpful gentleman, Victor Rapholo that the booking had been cancelled as payment had not been received. Upon resending the proof of payment he re-opened the booking and has managed to secure the original booking. I am now collecting tickets on Friday.

This goes out as a complaint to [Email Removed] and a massive compliment to [Email Removed]
