Icon Luxury Apartments AVOIDING REFUND DUE

I booked for a 2 night stay at Icon Luxury Apartments via [URL Removed] and subsequently cancelled within the free cancellation period. The hotel immediately debited R1550 from my account upon booking. I cancelled the booking on 12 November however this debit has still not been refunded / reversed. I called and emailed the hotel since 18 November to follow up on my refund and they keep saying I must call back (the person responsible for finance is always not there). They even asked me to email the "Michelle" lady responsible and she has been ignoring my email. They did confirm that the booking is correctly off their system. I then contacted [URL Removed] on 21/11 and they confirmed that I am rightfully entitled to a full refund after sending them payment proof. I followed up with [URL Removed] on 30/11 &they say they have been unable to get an answer about my refund still. The person they are supposed to speak to's been unavailable for the past 10days. Now that is odd. How can you be unable to chase an answer from your partner for over a week. Icon is very dodgy. They must honour the refund accordingly. I have never had problems with [URL Removed] until I dealt with this hotel it's shocking
