I booked a jumping castle on the site on 6 March for my sons birthday on 4 May (well in advance). I didnt hear back and 2 weeks later repeated the process with no responce yet again. On 4 April I emailed Ilze asking for an invoice to pay the deposit to secure the castle. She replied saying she had sent it on 6 March and attached a generic email reply below her email and the invoice as well as confirming the booking was mine. I paid and replied with proof of payment 10 minutes later. The following night I received an email stating she hadnt received proof of payment and had now given the castle to someone else (24 hours after I received the invoice and paid her!). I emailed back, resending the invoice and after various attemps to email, skype and call got a strew of rude replies saying I had not done my bit and now that someone else was taking it I had suddenly paid and was the rudest person ever and had ruined her day and my booking was to be considered cancelled. I sent her my bank details expecting my R300 deposit to be refunded on 5 April and am still waiting! I have also been blocked from her Facebook page for comenting on another complaint which has also been removed! Unreal!!
