A booking was made at our guest house by Wings Travel. The booking was for 3-4 people give and take over a period of 3 weeks. When the booking was made, the agent was advised that the invoices must be paid before arrival. Wings Travel's finance department failed to make full payment, yet we still accommodated the guests for 3 weeks. The invoices are outstanding for over a month now. On Friday (2013/09/20) contact was made with Mr Botha (team leader), since no service or cooperation was received from the financial agent. Mr Botha was contacted and the situation was explained. He asked that I forward the outstanding documents so he can attend to the matter. The documents were sent on Friday and no reply was received. On Monday, no reply was received from Mr Botha (even after the seriousness of the matter was explained) A message was left with an assistant, stressing that he should call back. I explained to Mr Botha, Ms Zulu and the assistant that, if they can't resolve the matter, I would have to lodge a complaint on HelloPeter. I tried calling both Mr Botha and Ms Zulu toda (2013/09/25) with neither of them reachable.
