I had an unfortunate circumstance last week Thursday, where I had to get a flight to PE asap. I called Student Flights, and was transferred to Pearl. Pearl managed to secure a flight to me while on the call very efficiently and also followed through by telephone with me step by step instructions as to how to complete the payment via EFT.
There was really no hassles, and while I was on the go to the airport she made sure everything was fine, and that I completed all necessary documentation. She called me once or twice to confirm the flights, and also prompted me to fill in missing details I missed in my rush.
