Under False Pretences

We Mr JA Strydom & Mrs HH Strydom went to a information session and were promised / informed that we will receive a discount on all holiday reservations, a minimum of 30% - up to 68%. A trip to Greece for two adults will not cost more than R32000.00 - all inclusive (flights, taxes, accomodation, tourguide and meals) When we try to make a booking this was not true. We only received a 3% discount. The contract/agreement were signed without explaining to us that we will loose all deposits/monies paid and will be held responsible for a additional penalty monthly.
How do we get out of this, whithout loosing the - R15000.00 already paid. The service is extremely bad and employees are unwilling to assist. " They have a staff shortage". Months passed and we have still NO booking.
According to my experience with them four past months, - they only have certain places to go to, and the website does not show much.
