6 months ago I booked my first flight with Cheri van Jaarsveldt to Thailand. She really went the extra mile to get me a good deal and answer to my every whim. She was always friendly and helpful even though I changed my mind and the orders to her a million times. I missed my flight back to SA and 4 months after I missed my flight she still got me to pay only a small penalty and rebooked my flight. Again I changed flight dates and times and destinations a million times, I struggled to get my payment to her on time and yet she remained absolutely professional and extremely friendly and assisted me to get everything booked and sorted. After everything was done I sent another mail requesting window seats and she even sorted this for me. This is really what true client service is about. This employee is truly a gem and should be taken well care of - student flights will surely be a worse of company without her.
