Free trips on internet but not able to book/pay

On trying to book ticketson the for a round trip from Kroonstad to Pretoria I found tickets for the return trip with a zero fee. I completed the booking but wasn't able to do EFT payment from Capitec bank. On visiting the Money Market counter at Checkers and later on the Translux office in Kroonstad I was told that there are no such tickets available. Back home I checked the internet again and there the tickets show up again. On checking again this morning, the tickets still show available, but still no EFT payment for Capitec available.
