I had an early morning flight booked for this morning (31 July 2013). I had to make a change due to an urgent business matter, and when I tried to call the call centre last night (30 July 2013) it was already closed (7:45pm) - this after I tried to make changes online, but was unable to - despite booking the ticket online.

When I eventually got through to the airline at 7am this morning (my flight departs at 07:55am), I was told they cannot make a change within 2 hours of the flight. When I asked what I was supposed to do, given that the call centre was closed - the response was that I should get in my car, and drive to the airport to make the change. When I said that would be impossible, the response was simply 'that is what you have to do - I cannot help you'. What a load of BS. I can easily make a booking online, can't change it, and because the call centre is closed, I need to get in my car, and drive to the airport to effect a change. Putting the customer last seems to be the order of the day. You will never see another cent from me, and I hope that you use the money for the flight that I paid for, but wasn't able to change, to very good use. I am disgusted with your attitude
