I am highly disgusted with the service from Kulula. I booked a return flight to Lanseria on the 02 Oct 2013 and returning to Cape Town on 04 Oct 2013.I had car trouble at 05h15 on the 02 Oct 2013, I could not make it in time to catch my flight which departed at 06h00. I phoned the call centre, just to find out that they were not open that time of the morning. I had to attend a seminar in JHB, and therefore booked another flight, reference number FRFFIT. I ONLY ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT AT 07H20, therefore had no way of informing them of my situation. As I understand that I forfeit the cost of my departing flight, I just found out that you also automatically cancelled my flight for the 04 Oct 2013!! How can you do this. I had no way of informing you in time of my situation. I purchased a new ticket, and therefore did not think it necessary of informing you about this, as my return flight, according to me, was still valid as this must still happen! You gave me no notification of my flights being cancelled, and also no way of informing you that time of the morning that I will not make my flight. If you have flights that time of the morning, why don't you have people which can assist people?
