Worst Journey of my life!!!

I had the misfortune of traveling on the Greyhound bus on Saturday the 19th of January 2013. we were seated on the very last seats right at the back and the toilet was smelling right from the begining of the journey. The aircon in our area was turned up full blast and it was very very cold. When we asked the driver to turn it down a bit he was very rude about it and said that he couldnt do that coz then the rest of the bus would be too warm (So we had to freeze so that the rest of the passengers would travel in comfort - we also paid the full price. Plus it was raining and it was already cold so there was no need for the aircon in the first place). Funny enough when it was that particular driver's turn to rest he turned down the aircon, came and slept at the back and then went and turned it back on up when he returned to the front!!! Never again will I use this bus!!! I was not impressed at all, very poor service and a lousy attitude from the driver who behaved as if I was traveling on that bus for free!!!
